The house has an open lounge, dining and kitchen (with dishwasher) with a TV and a wood-burning fireplace. There are three air-conditioned bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor, where you can also find a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, there is a second bedroom with a double bed and the third room with two single beds; these two rooms share a second full bathroom. In between the house and the pergola, there is a charcoal barbecue area, a garden and plenty of grass for children to enjoy and play on.

This is an ideal holiday house for people who want to relax and enjoy the views of the garden and countryside, just a short drive from the town of Andratx with a local weekly market and tapas bars, and the port with great restaurants, sunset bars and shops.

Rückerstattbare Anzahlungen sind für Schäden am Eigentum oder Inhalt erforderlich, die 48 Stunden nach dem Auschecken per Banküberweisung erstattet werden. Daher werden wir Ihre Bankdaten (vollständiger Name, Name und Adresse der Bank, IBAN, Swift- oder Bic-Nummer) anfordern ) entweder vor oder bei der Ankunft.

In der Reservierung dieser Immobilie ist der Stromverbrauch bis zu einer Höhe von 70 Euro enthalten, jeder weitere Verbrauch wird mit 0,35€/KWh berechnet. Die Zahlen auf dem Zähler werden aufgezeichnet und dann wieder auf den Check-out. Der Betrag ist am Tag der Abreise zu zahlen. Der Gast hat jederzeit die Möglichkeit, die Stromzähler zu überprüfen.

Der gesamte Müll muss vor Ihrer Abreise am Abreisetag aus dem Haus entfernt werden. Andernfalls wird ein Aufpreis von 50 € berechnet.

Check-ins after 21:00 are only possible upon prior authorization. Approved late check-ins between 21:00 and 23:00 will incur an additional fee equivalent to 50% of one night’s rate. Please note that arrivals after 23:00 are not permitted under any circumstances. Guests arriving after 23:00 will only be able to check in the following day from 10:00 onwards.
