Enjoy your holiday at Finca Son Esteve and experience part of Mallorca's history. This historical property offers a total of 4 bedrooms, with ensuite bathrooms.
Son Esteve has a large and spacious interior, various lounge areas and one with an open fireplace. You can enjoy dining inside at the main table, or you can find other dining options outside.
All bedrooms have satellite TV, a hairdryer, and cold and hot air conditioning. Wifi is also available throughout the property.
This historical finca sits on 43,000 m2 of land. It has a big swimming pool, with sun loungers, a chill-out, and a barbecue area with a shaded table.
There are beautiful gardens, with beautiful trees and flowers. An amazing part of this house is the well-preserved 100-year-old Tafona, an agricultural museum with an original olive press. The stone lookout towers have served through centuries to protect the locals from pirates. The original one dates back to the 12th century; visits to this tower can be arranged by appointment.
The Finca has 1800 m2 of constructed area, and you will be able to enjoy 950 m2 of these; the other part of the property is sometimes used by the owners, who have a separate access, and you will have total privacy.

Reminder to the families with children that the property has a pool and children must be supervised by parents.

We request information about the day and time of your flight arrival and departure to organize the reception of clients and their departure.
Refundable deposits are required for any damage to the property or contents, which will be refunded 48 hours after checking out by bank transfer, so we will request your bank details (full name, name and address of the bank, IBAN, swift or bic number) either before or on arrival.
Included in the reservation of this property is the consumption of electricity until a cost of 200 euros, any additional usage will be charged at 0,35€/KWh. The numbers on the meter will be recorded and then again on the check out. This will be payable on the day you leave. The guest will have access to verify the electricity meters at all the time.
From January 1st 2018, The Balearic government require a Balearic Tourist Tax, payable at the time of booking, prices vary depending on the duration of the stay and the season (Low or High). This tax is applicable for travelers over the age of 16 years old.You will need to pay this on arrival at the check in, if not already saved.
The finca is fully-prepared during winter holiday, it has centralized heating by diesel, to be paid on the metre rate, that's 1€ per litre and it is not included in the booking price that. It has to be paid on the check out day.
All garbage must be removed from the house before you leave on the check out day, or there will be a 50€ extra charge.
Cribs are available upon request for €15, and high chairs can also be provided upon request for €10.

Check-ins after 21:00 are only possible upon prior authorization. Approved late check-ins between 21:00 and 23:00 will incur an additional fee equivalent to 50% of one night’s rate. Please note that arrivals after 23:00 are not permitted under any circumstances. Guests arriving after 23:00 will only be able to check in the following day from 10:00 onwards.
