Apartment Villa Andro - Three Bedroom Apartment with Terrace and Sea View

Haus:
Apartment Villa Andro is located in Selca on the east coast of beautiful Island of Brac. A private swimming pool as well as terrace fitted with an outdoor furniture is at your disposal, so you can explore the city a little more before your departure. You will also have access to BBQ facilities as well as an outdoor dining area. From the terrace you can enjoy the stunning view over the Adriatic Sea. Free private parking is provided. Baby cot is available upon request. This three Bedroom Apartment can accommodate up to eight people. It features Wi-fi, Cable LCD TV as well as Air-conditioning. Kitchen is well equipped with an oven, refrigerator, water kettle, microwave, stove, coffee maker, dishwasher and kitchen utensils. One bathroom comes with bathtub, while the second one comes with bathtub. Free toiletries, hair dryer as well as linens and towels are at your disposal. This is a perfect place for a countryside retreat as they are situated in a peaceful rural inland area with intact nature and rich vegetation. Due to the properties excellent location everything you may need for a pleasant stay can be reached within 500 m range (coffee bars, restaurants, market, ATM and pharmacy). The nearest beach is 3 km away from the property. Brac Airport is 14 km away from the property, while bus station is only 450 m away from the property.

Die Wohnung kann in Bezug auf die Einrichtung etwas von den gezeigten Fotos abweichen, das Komfortniveau ist jedoch wie beschrieben Das Organisieren von Studentenfeiern, Junggesellenabschieden und Trinkfeiern ist in diesem Haus verboten

Villa Andro is a great location in probably the best part of the Island of Brač, \r\nThe apartment is brand new, with AC in every bedroom and in the living room, The kitchen is perfectly equipped and we had the opportunity to cook everyday for our family of 5 persons, The village of Selca is 300m far, with 2 markets available with everything you might need, We also used the BBQ a couple of times, and Petra has also shared with us some of her vegetables, \r\nThere is a wonderful terrace, with a perfect view on Selca and Sumartin, and a small but perfectly equipped swimming pool where our kids where having fun everytime they could, when we came back from the beach, \r\nWe stayed for one week and we had the opportunity to visit the best beaches of the island, from the more crowded ones in Bol to the most wild in Povlja, Our favourite beaches are the ones in Povlja, in particular Tičja luka, \r\nThe house of Petra is totally recommended if you have a car and you want to spend a week
