Apartments Roses (Olive) are situated in Mlini, a lovely coastal village near historic Dubrovnik. Mlini is a small, idyllic fishing settlement located halfway between Dubrovnik and Cavtat with intact beauty, rich vegetation and stunning beaches as well as historical and cultural heritage. Property offers two air-conditioned one bedroom apartments, each featuring terrace with splendid views of the Adriatic sea. Free private parking is possible on site, reservation is not needed. This One bedroom apartment with terrace and sea view features WiFi, air-conditioning and a flat-screen TV. Kitchenette is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, water kettle and kitchenware. Bathroom includes a shower, washing machine and a hair dryer. Terrace with an outdoor seating area overlooks the Adriatic sea. This one bedroom apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 persons. Nearest beach is only 15 minutes away on foot. Various restaurants, bars and shops can be found on the famous seaside promenade. Grocery store and a bakery are within 200 meters. Cavtat is 10 km away while the Old Town of Dubrovnik is only a 20 minutes ride away. The nearest bus stop is 200 meters away. Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 12 km from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 11 km away.

Nice and cosy apartment with a seaview terrace, Everything was spotless clean, the beds were comfy, the kitchen equipped, A&#47,C worked perfectly, The check-in was very smooth, Parking possible in front of the villa, The apartment is located uphill in a very quiet neighbouhood, Although the driveway to the apartment is quite narrow and very steep, it will be OK for most cars (we had Skoda Octavia Combi and no problem - though a bit of caution is needed), The nearest supermarket (serving fresh coffee) and a bus stop (regular lines to Dubrovnik) is about 10 minutes walk (downhill), the beach and the harbour (with regular boat service to Dubrovnik) about 15 minutes walk,
