Ferienwohnung - 8 Personen - 92120 - Montrouge

Die Betreuung war eine Katastrophe, wir haben zig Email & WA erhalten- wir wussten am Ende nie, wer Ansprechpartner ist. Die Küche war mehr als mit nichts ausgestattet- Kein Handtuch- keine Tabs…der Fußboden war sehr gefährlich, da er stark beschädigt ist- mit Kindern sehr gefährdet. Daher- wir würden ungern noch einmal über sie buchen- schade. Zimmer unten könnte sicher auch ein Bild an die Wand- damit eine etwas angenehme Atmosphäre entstehen kann. Raumaufteilung sehr gut.

The apartment was very nice with the exception of the rising floor boards which were a trip hazard. We had issues with the internet and I had to pay the bill to get it reconnected. We couldn’t get the heat to work but they dropped off a portable radiator which helped with warming downstairs. Upstairs felt fine once you were under the covers. The location was nice and safe. They responded to all my issues as best they could. They will refund the money I paid for the internet but I hope the floors are fixed before the next rental. Be careful with the stairs if your are wearing socks. It felt very homey and will certainly recommend it! Also if I didn’t have the internet, floor and heat issues it would a near perfect score.

This apartment (Stand-alone building) was perfect for two sisters(in-laws) ages 66 and 78.... After entering thru the large double doors and into the courtyard we were greeted by the property manager named Zak. He gave us a quick tour, handed over the keys and the place was ours for eight full days. (Zak was happy to give you his # thru the WhatsApp to contact him if needed). This apt. has Two full bedrooms with king beds --- each room had its own bathroom with shower. Nice soaps supplied. Lots of white towels/pillows/duvets, etc. EVERYTHING was clean. Kitchen was well equipped (we didn't cook, but we had everything we needed) W/D worked perfectly ( be sure to empty water container in dryer (top left compartment) if clothes don't dry quickly. We did move the living room two sofas (we believe these were sleeper sofas for more guests) for better viewing of tv, but they were easy to move back. Automatic blinds were great to keep our privacy at night. Lots of great storage upstairs for suitcases and all your belongings. We were there in late May and Early June -- We only needed fans to keep us cool at night and while we lounged in the apartment. We discovered a mall (English Terms called Black Cow) by turning right from the double doors - then turn right at corner and walk about .4 of a mile and its on the other side of the street. This mall has everything you need..... we loved the Asian Restaurant upstairs for take-away food. On your way to the mall you will see a small grocery store on the right -- about .2 mile from the apartment. If you go left on the main road, you will find a great pizza place on your left....about .2 miles from apartment --- further down about .9 mile you will discover an Italian restaurant (Monterosso) -- GREAT FOOD --- a few steps further is another outdoor mall with lots of shops/bakery/grocery/etc. While we uber'd everywhere we did see the the bus line is less than .2 mile. Air Train (Tramrail) is approx. .9 mile --- Montrouge was SAFE - had everything we needed and was approx. 15-25 minutes from Paris Centre - 45 minutes to airport. We highly recommend this apartment and hope you enjoy your stay like we enjoyed ours.

Great value for a group! The spacious layout and proximity to Paris made this an excellent choice for our trip, We would definitely stay here again,

I have been emailing and calling back and forth regarding an issue that is still not resolved. We have another week here and I’m not happy here and have asked to leave.
