The apartment has 3 floors, the total area is 123 m². Middle floor 55 m², with living room/kitchen, dining group for 8, sofa set, heat reserving fireplace, 2 bedrooms with double beds, access from the second bedroom to the back terrace. Shower/WC. Entrance floor, street level 46 m², with lobby with sofa bed for 1-2, bathroom/WC, sauna, ski storage/drying room. Stairs from the living area to the loft, loft approx. 22 m² (height 180 cm), bedroom (closable door) with a double bed, note. the second room in the loft is not available for accommodation. Access to the front terrace with dining furniture (in summer) from the living area.

Additional information: 2 x smart-TV, Internet connection. Official electric vehicle charging station (included in the rent), car shelter with the wall outlet for car heating (in connection with the house). The extension cable can also be used for heating the 2nd car (guests must use their own extension cord). Separate warm ski storage / warm maintenance room on the entrance floor.

Kajaani 35 km, Sotkamo 8 km. Ski slope 4 km, cross-country ski trail 300 m (from the crossing bridge).

Gorgeous and well-equipped holiday villa situated at the end of a road in a quiet location, in a new cabin area on a hillside plot. The other side of the semi-detached house is not currently in accommodation use (so-called single object).

The peak of a hill Vuokatinvaara is just a stone's throw away. Versatile outdoor and hiking terrain and a trail network within a reasonable distance (approx. 300 m). Other services approx. 10-min drive from the villa, Holiday Club Katinkulta spa/golf, bowling alley, sports college/swimming pool, ski tunnel, Superpark. And plenty of other places to visit!

Villa is at your use from 16.00 on the day of arrival until 12.00 on the day of departure, also for the weekend bookings.

Pets are allowed at extra price / pet.

Final cleaning is included in the price, bed linen can be booked in advance for an additional cost.
