This 68 m² cabin, completed in 2016, is located by Lake Nuorronjärvi, just about 25 km from Tampere, making it easily accessible.

The main cabin features a living room/kitchen with a pull-out sofa bed, a utility room, which doubles as the main entrance, an electric sauna, a shower, a separate WC, and two bedrooms — one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The upper floor, one room on the ground floor, and the carport are used for storage and unavailable to guests.

By the lake, there is an older 40 m² cabin equipped with a wood-heated sauna, a fireplace room, and a toilet (available during the summer season). In colder months, water for the sauna must be carried from the main building. In the yard, there is a wood-heated hot tub included in the rental price, available from May to September.

The beach at the pier has a muddy bottom, but at the back of the grassy yard, there is a better sandy beach. The lakeside sauna features a wood-heated stove, and water is heated in a cauldron. The lakeside sauna terrace is furnished with garden furniture. The yard has a grill suitable for wood or charcoal use (guests must bring their own charcoal; firewood is provided). Additionally, there is a fire pit for grilling sausages or creating a cozy atmosphere.

NOTE! THIS CABIN IS NOT RENTED TO YOUTH GROUPS OR LOUD PARTIES, AS IT IS LOCATED IN A RESIDENTIAL AREA. THE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY FOR THIS CABIN IS STRICTLY 6 PEOPLE, INCLUDING VISITORS.
