Im Untergeschoss finden Gäste ein zweites Wohnzimmer mit Sitzgelegenheiten, Kamin und Fernseher sowie ein Zweibettzimmer und ein modernes Badezimmer mit Dusche. Ein kostenpflichtiger Saunazugang sorgt für zusätzliche Entspannung. Im Obergeschoss bietet ein geräumiges Doppelzimmer (180 × 200 cm) Privatsphäre. Everything was wonderful, the cozy holiday home was perfectly furnished, and the location near the swimming lake and the Gernrode train station is ideal, After a refreshing swim in the lake, you can relax in the sauna, The view of Quedlinburg is breathtaking, There is also a grill and charcoal, so you can enjoy the evening on the terrace at sunset, For those who appreciate peace and seclusion, this is the perfect place

We had a great time in the accommodation, Communication with Karen was sometimes difficult, but Michael was always reachable, The introduction to the house was very helpful and the equipment was excellent, The sauna was a real highlight and the view from the terrace is breathtaking, The kitchen was well equipped and everything was very clean, Very cozy - I can only recommend it!

We had a great time in Rieder/Ballenstedt, Michael is an excellent landlord who showed us everything, The house is simply fantastic! Super clean, new very comfortable mattresses, beautifully furnished and simply very cozy, The view of the valley is breathtaking, we had beautiful sunsets and a fantastic view of the starry sky, The area offers many opportunities for hiking and cycling, An old railway line has been converted into a bike path just below the house, The tourist tax is well invested! What didn't work quite so well was the communication with the management company Belvilla, We arrived with several people and a dog at different times, Unfortunately, Belvilla could not coordinate that properly, despite email and phone calls, Luckily, Michael sorted that out for us, We would love to come back!

We had a fantastic time in the holiday home, It is perfectly equipped, and you could move in right away (especially the kitchen really has everything you need!), The house is modern and stylishly furnished, nothing is missing, and it offers a quiet atmosphere with a beautiful view, The beds are very comfortable and the many lights in the house create a romantic ambiance, Additionally, you can use the on-site sauna, The nearest shops are within walking distance, The journey can be a bit tedious, but that's the price for peace and seclusion,
